A name, location, or other query entered in a search box is sent to the outside provider that operates that tool. Becker County Released Inmates does not store or log those search words on its own systems. The provider’s privacy terms control its processing.

If a visitor sends an email or contact message, we keep the supplied details as needed to read and answer it. We do not share a message outside the organization unless the sender asks us to do so or disclosure is required by law.
