Becker County Use Terms

These terms govern access to Becker County Released Inmates and its links, written resources, and search tools. By using the site, a visitor agrees to follow them. Anyone who does not accept the conditions should stop using the site.

This privately owned reference is not affiliated with Becker County, a sheriff, jail, court, Minnesota DOC, or any government body. Neither this site nor its advertising partners offers a consumer report or an FCRA-covered service. It is not a private investigation firm, and its material cannot be used for credit, employment, insurance, tenant screening, or another covered decision.

Nature of the Service

Becker County Released Inmates organizes links and explanations for county release records, jail custody resources, state corrections data, supervision contacts, and federal locators. It stores no official roster, booking record, court file, or release transaction.

We cannot confirm custody, release or move a person, file a public-data request, post bond, or act for a visitor. Third-party research tools may be available, but their providers control their services.

Acceptable Use Rules

Use must be lawful, respectful, and consistent with these limits.

  • Do not violate any federal, Minnesota, or local law.
  • Do not use information to stalk, threaten, harass, or harm anyone.
  • Do not use site material for hiring, housing, lending, insurance, or another regulated decision.
  • Do not seek access to accounts, systems, or data without authorization.
  • Do not run automated bots, scraping tools, or bulk extraction.
  • Do not interfere with the site or another visitor’s access.

No Consumer Reports

This site is not a consumer reporting agency under the Fair Credit Reporting Act. It provides no background check, credit report, or consumer report, and neither it nor its advertising partners supplies screening services. Users agree not to apply any site or linked-tool information to an FCRA-covered purpose.

  • Employment, hiring, discipline, or termination
  • Rental, housing, or tenant screening
  • Creditworthiness, lending, or insurance pricing
  • Licensing, permits, or eligibility for a government benefit
  • Any other decision regulated by the FCRA

Links Operated by Others

Links may point to the Becker County Sheriff, Minnesota DOC, courts, legal resources, federal agencies, or outside search providers. A link is not an endorsement. We do not control another site’s content, availability, prices, or data practices. Review its terms before submitting information.

Service Provided As Is

The site and its content are offered “as is” and “as available.” No promise is made about:

  • Accuracy, completeness, or currentness
  • Continuous or uninterrupted access
  • Freedom from defects, errors, or security flaws
  • The scope or quality of a partner’s search results

Custody, release, supervision, and public-record status can change quickly. Nothing published here is an official statement by Becker County, Minnesota DOC, a court, or another government agency.

Limits on Liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, the site and its owners, contributors, and service providers are not liable for direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive loss arising from access, inability to access, reliance on content, or use of a linked service.

Your Duty to Indemnify

A user agrees to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless the site, its owners, and its service providers from claims, losses, costs, and reasonable legal fees caused by that user’s conduct, misuse of information, or breach of these terms.

Ownership of Site Materials

Original text, graphics, logos, layout, and code belong to Becker County Released Inmates or the relevant content partner. They may not be copied, republished, distributed, altered, or commercially reused without written permission, except where law expressly allows it.

Revisions and Access

These terms may be changed at any time. A revision takes effect when posted. Access may also be limited, suspended, or revoked at any time and for any reason, with or without prior notice.

Minnesota Governing Law

Minnesota law governs these terms without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute must be filed in a court with proper jurisdiction in Minnesota.

If One Term Fails

If a court finds one provision invalid or unenforceable, the rest remain effective. The affected language will be narrowed only as much as needed to make it lawful and enforceable.
